1. Shipping Carriers
We work with a range of trusted carriers, including USPS, OnTrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The shipping provider for your order is chosen based on your delivery location and the type of product ordered.
We are unable to accommodate requests to change the shipping carrier. Our goal is always to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and reliably as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that Fanshubus is responsible for processing and shipping orders on time, using the selected carrier and shipping service. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control such as holidays or natural disasters (e.g., extreme weather).
2. Business Days
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays or any day banks are officially closed by law.
3. Processing Time
This is the time we need to prepare and pack your order before shipment. Most orders take 3–5 business days to process, depending on the product.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time is estimated at 12–17 business days, but may vary depending on your location and potential disruptions (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, or holidays).
All orders include a tracking link, which will be sent via email once your package has shipped.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on your location and the number of items ordered:
- $5.99 for the first item
- $1.99 for each additional item
6. Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of:
- APO/FPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with:
- A confirmation
- A tracking number
- A tracking link
If you created an account at checkout, you can also check your order status anytime by logging into the “My Account” section on our website.
If you checked out as a guest, tracking info will only be available via the email confirmation.
8. Lost Orders
If your order goes missing in transit:
- Claims must be made within 4 days of the estimated delivery date
- We’ll cover the cost to reprint and reship your item once we verify your shipping address
Please also contact your local post office to see if they can locate the package.
If tracking shows the order was delivered, but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately and we’ll assist further.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, you are responsible for the shipping costs related to resending your order.
- If the item is returned to us, we will notify you and can arrange reshipment.
- Reshipping fees:
- $7 per item (U.S.)
- $10 per item (International)
If the package is not returned, a new order must be placed.
10. Returned to Sender
Packages may be returned due to:
- Undeliverable address
- Customs not being cleared
- The recipient refusing the package
You’ll be notified when we receive the returned order. We’ll reach out to confirm how you’d like to proceed and update the address if needed.
Reshipping charges apply in these cases.
11. Marked as Delivered, But Not Received
In rare cases, the courier may mark a package as delivered before it has actually been received.
Please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Look for delivery notes or unusual drop-off locations (e.g., porch, behind a planter)
- Contact your local courier for more details
If the package still can’t be found, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
12. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email a photo of the item to support@maricloting.com.
We’ll gladly:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a refund for the defective item
