Return & Refund Policy

At Maricloting, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the custom, personalized, and made-on-demand nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Has a significant issue such as the wrong color, wrong size, or a visibly defective print

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production. By completing your purchase, you agree that you may not cancel or amend your order, allowing us to produce and ship items efficiently and accurately.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item must meet one of the valid reasons for return (damaged, defective, wrong size, color, or print)

If these conditions are not met, we regret that we are unable to process your request—even if the item has already been mailed back to us.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

If your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

      Please include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief explanation of the issue (e.g., defect, wrong item)
  2. Complete the Return Form
    • You’ll receive a return form and return code via email.
    • Complete the form and print your return label.
  3. Ship the Item
    • Package the item securely with all original packaging and accessories.
    • Attach the shipping label with the barcode clearly visible.

Note: Return shipping and restocking fees are only waived if the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account or card statement
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days before the refund is posted
  3. Reach out to your bank—some processing time may apply

Additional Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If we shipped the wrong or faulty item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
