Cancellation Policy

1. Modification and Cancellation Window

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it.

  • After 12 hours, orders are locked in for processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

2. How to Request a Modification or Cancellation

To request a change or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Gather your order details:
    • The email address used to place the order
    • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
    • A clear description of the changes or cancellation request
  • Send an email to cs@fanshubus.com with the subject line:
    [Modify/Cancel Order + Your Order Number]

3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders

  • Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 1 business day.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and will reflect:
    • The full value of the canceled order, or
    • The adjusted amount for any modified order
