1. Modification and Cancellation Window
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it.
- After 12 hours, orders are locked in for processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
2. How to Request a Modification or Cancellation
To request a change or cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Gather your order details:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- A clear description of the changes or cancellation request
- Send an email to cs@fanshubus.com with the subject line:
[Modify/Cancel Order + Your Order Number]
3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders
- Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 1 business day.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and will reflect:
- The full value of the canceled order, or
- The adjusted amount for any modified order
